Janitorial Porter Technician

Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas through effective janitorial services. Perform continuous touch-point sanitizing of high-contact surfaces to ensure hygiene. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners regularly. Respond promptly to spills, urgent cleaning needs, and client service requests as a porter technician. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors as needed throughout the shift. Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety issues. Support special cleaning tasks such as glass cleaning, dusting, and minor detailing. Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures diligently. Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition. Provide courteous, professional communication with clients and building occupants.
